This policy explains what Kihon Karate collects through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email, phone number if you give one, the student's age, the class you chose and your message. Like most websites, this one also records basic technical details, such as which pages were visited and the browser used, so it keeps working.

The form never asks for a child's name, birth date, photo or medical details, and please don't send them here. We ask for what we need privately once you enroll.

How we use it

We use it to reply to you and to place a student in the right class. We don't sell it, and we share it only with the services that run our website and email.

How long we keep it

We keep a message while we are talking with you and for a short time afterward. If you ask us to delete it, we will.
