How tuition works
The figures are shown at your first visit, so you can see them before you decide.
What sets tuition
Tuition depends on the age group and on how many classes a week your child attends. We go through the figures with you at the front desk, and you see them before you enroll.
Age group
Classes a week
Camp weeks are set separately
Registration
A joining fee covers your family's file and your child's first uniform and white belt. It is due when you enroll, not at the trial class.
Holding a place
A place in a class is held when you enroll. Classes hold up to 16 students. When one is full we put you on its waitlist and offer the next place by email, in the order families asked.
Billing
Tuition is billed monthly and paid by autopay, set up when you enroll. Camp weeks are billed when you register.
Withdrawing
The first three months are a term, then membership runs month to month. To stop, tell us in writing 30 days before your next billing date. The month in progress is billed as usual, and you can pause for illness or a long trip.
A three-month first term
Month to month after that
30 days' notice, in writing
Missed classes and make-ups
A missed class can be made up in another class for the same age group during the same session. Let the front desk know before the class you will miss.
Uniforms, costumes and other costs
Belt tests, replacement uniforms and sparring gear for the older groups are separate, and so is each camp week. We list each one at your first visit.
